From the looks of it you appear to have changed the quotation marks in all translations to conform to the *web/online English* flavor of using an apostrophe `'`. Using an apostrophe as a quotation mark is either incorrect or unconventional in some languages. Understandably in our English-dominated online world where some keyboards lack easy ways to type the various common quotation characters `“ ” ‘ ’ « »`, the ASCII characters `\" '` dominate. In my case (Finnish) they stand out like a sore thumb, a non-localized scrap of Anglicization creeping into the language. I would recommend you trust your translators to know their language in the future and not try to edit translations for languages you are not familiar with.
