Users can set up custom formats for their dates. One of the options is they have is to display the day numbers as ordinal numbers (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th... etc) This one is for the st after the number 1 eg: 1st, 21st, 31st.
This may not be something that is possible in other languages, or other languages do very differently than English does.
